Términos y Condiciones
Estas condiciones regulan el uso de mis proyectos gratuitos, incluidas extensiones, aplicaciones, bots y herramientas. El tratamiento de datos y el uso de analítica se explican por separado en la Política de Privacidad.
Condiciones de uso
1. Aceptación
Al utilizar cualquiera de mis proyectos, aceptas estos términos en su totalidad. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte, por favor deja de utilizar la herramienta.
2. Licencia de uso
Se concede permiso para el uso personal y no comercial de estas herramientas de forma gratuita. No se permite la redistribución, venta o ingeniería inversa del software sin mi consentimiento previo por escrito.
3. Exención de garantías
Mis proyectos se proporcionan “tal cual”, sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas. No garantizo que las herramientas funcionen ininterrumpidamente o estén libres de errores.
4. Limitación de responsabilidad
En ningún caso seré responsable por daños directos, indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes —incluida la pérdida de datos o interrupción del negocio— derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de usar mis herramientas.
5. Propiedad intelectual
El código, diseño y contenido de mis proyectos son propiedad de Roberto Arias (@BettoCR), salvo que se indique lo contrario. El uso de las herramientas no otorga derechos de propiedad sobre ellas.

My projects are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not guarantee that the tools will operate uninterrupted or be error-free.

I shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages —including loss of data or business interruption— arising from the use or inability to use my tools.
5. Intellectual property
The code, design, and content of my projects belong to Roberto Arias (@BettoCR), unless otherwise stated. Using the tools does not grant ownership rights over them.
